Devlog Beta 15.0

Beta 15 is now available for Windows download and webplay

- Fixed a glitch where checkpoints take 2 seconds to register

- Fixed a glitch where after you beat the game in any way the timer would still keep going and give you the bad ending

- I know I said no more mobile builds but I made another one with multi-touch (it's terrible to control)
